Shipping Processing Time

Artwork will be shipped from the studio within a week of receipt of full payment. Typically, pieces go out in one or two days. I will supply you with tracking information so you can stay apprised of your delivery.

All Artwork Can Be Shipped Worldwide

Smaller items will be shipped through the US Postal Service.

Large wall pieces will be shipped through United Parcel Service.

All items will be securely packaged. I hand-build crates for all of my large pieces.

I insure all artwork.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Please get in touch with me and provide me with your shipping address, so I can get pricing for the shipping cost. I will then notify you of the price, and you can decide if you want to go through with the purchase. I will invoice you separately via email for shipping payment. 

Local Pick-Up Options

If you live in the Central New York area, or want to take a mini-vacation, you are welcome to visit my studio and pick up your artwork.

I can also deliver and install your piece if you are interested. You can contact me to discuss this option.

Return Policy

My goal is for you to be 100% happy with my work. If you change your mind about your purchase, returns are accepted within seven days of delivery receipt. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in original condition. Art must be packaged the same way it was when you received it (you can reuse the packaging it came in). Don't hesitate to contact me at moe@moelalonde.com if you wish to process a return.

Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the artwork in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges).

There are no refunds or exchanges if your piece was a custom commission. All sales of commissions are final. You will be given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.
