Entwined Collection
My Entwined series uses a technique I have been developing since my early woodworking days four decades ago. Typically, I incorporate two to five species of select hardwoods matched by their color, texture, and grain. Patterns are created by making precision cuts and gluing the pieces together. This process is repeated many times to complete a single piece. I consider Entwined to be my signature style of wood art.
My Whispers series showcases the beauty of our local hardwoods. I am always in awe at how the maple, cherry, and black walnut used in Whispers can become so soft and warm. The woods’ natural color, texture, and grain make them among the best hardwoods in the world.
This long, slender wall sculpture is made from walnut, cherry, and maple hardwood. An accent stripe is created with purple heart wood.

This gorgeous mirror is made from walnut, maple, and cherry hardwood. It is a perfect piece for an entryway or any other narrow space. The shelf is made to showcase a vase or sculpture.
