My Whispers series showcases the beauty of our local hardwoods. I am always in awe at how the maple, cherry, and black walnut used in Whispers can become so soft and warm. The woods’ natural color, texture, and grain make them among the best hardwoods in the world.
This long, slender wall sculpture is made from walnut, cherry, and maple hardwood. A thin slice of purpleheart is used as an accent.
